Can't send texts randomly?

I'm having this weird issue with my phone.. Every night around 10pm-12am my texts will stop sending and I'll get a can't send message. I have to reset my phone for them to send again. Is this a carrier or phone issue?

Probably carrier, try inserting another provider's sim (borrow it from someone) into your phone and text the same person at the time 10-12.
