Can't Sign in due to temporary server condition?

After unsuccessfully trying to sync a playlist I made tonight on my computer, onto my windows phone, all the sudden about 2 hours ago Xbox Music on my computer won't sign in with the message "Can't do that due to temporary server condition"

Anyone else getting this message?

I'm seeing limited service, and my account doesn't load.
