Cant turn of key vibration (Lumia 920, W 8.1.)

I have a Lumia 920 with windows 8.1. and I hard reseted my phone to the manufactory states, then I updatet my phone.
Now when I go to setting >> touch I don't have the option to turn off the key vibration.
And via wp store I can not update the app - everytime I try it I get an error message (even when I change my set country and language settings).

Can't someone outthere help me?

Try checking in Sounds section in settings. You can safely disable keypad sounds and others, except system alerts.

Well, the sound settings don't have an option to disable key vibration.
This setting should be found in the touch section.
