Can't update bing weather

I just cannot update the weather app by bing. This happend a few times now, a new update was released but every time I wasn't able to update my app. What should I do?

My phone: Lumia 920, Windows phone 8

Reinstall the App.
Go to,settings swipe left to background tasks. Allow Bing Weather to run in the background. That should do it.

Hmm, I did that. And now I dont know if the app is updated because I have the same version as it seems to be in the store (3.0.2.280), but the weird thing is that the store says that the last date when app was updated is 10.4.2014 - but the wpcentral wrote an article saying that there is a new update available.
Now is there a new update for the app or not??
