capacitive buttons not working

Hey....i got a problem in my lumia 720 today.....when i woke up i find that 3 buttons (back; windows; bing search) are not working but capacitive lights are working properly... I have updated to dev update 8.1and was working properly for a Month. And now after a couple of restarts ...soft and hard resets...i am not able to get releaf from this problem....what should i hav to do...??

Why not downgrade it to windows phone 8.0 and see if the problem still persists. Backup all your data before downgrading your device to windows phone 8.0.
