My IP Cameras, Foscams, are fed to Blue Iris on my desktop, which is behind a Verizon Home Fusion 4G LTE can be viewed on my phone either Android, or my new 822 through an app named Splashtop. Put the app on your phone and load streamers on whatever computer you want to access and there is your home desktop with all of its functionality right on your phones screen.
Home fusion has a firewall (thanks verizon) that will not allow any kind of port forwarding or any other means to access the cameras, but Splashtop tunnels right through. Great app, and really easy to use.
