I remembered the face but not the name. I've never seen the TV shows he was on, but I did see most of the movies mentioned.

He was on Law and Order quite a few times and I know he was on The Good Wife.
Usually played a prosecutor, lawyer, judge and sometimes a crook.
Good character actor.
