Cellphone died and when recharged it says no service

In the top left corner by the service bars it just says "phone off". Have tried restarting it and removing the sim card and put it back in. It's a Nokia Lumia 830. Tried going in to the settings under mobile and sim, but it says mobile data off. It won't turn on either.

You gotta call your call your carrier and they need to reset your service.
