Change in Settings app

I was going to change my wallpaper, so I went to the settings, and I found this. Has this happened to anyone else? I went back and forth 3 times, soft reset, still the same... Not a complaint, just wondering.

I always go to settings to change wallpapers, but the settings app looked different. Icons are bigger and centered, not smaller and to the left.

That's weird. On my 1520 everything's the same.
