change lock screen's image bug?

When setting the lock screen picture to a picture from my album the "cut" option isn't working and the image is set without cutting it....

is it just mu L920?

Are you saying that your photos aren't being cropped when you zoom in ?

While trying to reply and upload some examples I figured out what is the bug....

I'm from Israel(Hebrew->Right to Left alignment) so dragging the crop area to the right actually behaves like it was dragged to the left.
I wonder if this bug exist also in other right to left languages (Arabic, Persian etc.)
