I am posting the change log of Lumia 920 Amber update [For Indian Variants]

1. Nokia Glance Screen
2. New Color Profiles
3. Data Sense
4. Find My Phone, it can no longer be disabled
5. Wifi Hotspot, lot of new wifi hot spots added
6. Flip to silence
7. New Ringtones
8. Nokia Smart Cam
9. Updated Office version
10. IBM Lotus Traveler support [can any one confirm it's not available previously, I didn't see previously, though I am not sure]
11. Double Tap to Unlock Screen
12. Storage app
13. Xbox music no longer throws an exception which occurs randomly. [part of Xbox Music improvement from MS
14. FM Radio

Right now I can confirm all of them are there. I might be missing few, feel free to update.

I didn't face any such issue. Just use this product code "059R294" [Red - Lumia - India]. Black variant will be just below it.

In the Photos hub under albums any SkyDrive album just had a grey background. Now it shows a thumbnail of one of the images in the folder.

Are you able to connect your phone to PC via USB normally. If yes, then there shouldn't be an issue.

What's your battery like? Also do you use Glance feature? Does that ruin your battery further? etc.
