Changing DNS/Wireless settings on Surface?

Only got to play with my Surface for a bit after work yesterday but I couldn't find any detailed settings available for wireless connection. Is it possible to see details and alter DNS settings? [would like access to Netflix US on the go as well as on the X360 ]

As I type I can't remember whether I went into control panel or not :blush:

Access the desktop
Open control panel
Open Network and Sharing Center
Open "Change Adapter Settings"
Open the properties of the connection you want to change. It will look familiar to you
