Changing the lock screen

Hey all, I've downloaded an app called Awesome Lock, its pretty cool and allows you to add all sorts of notifications to the lock screen (news, weather, currency conversion, battery status.....the list of things you can add is quite long, which is really cool).....here's the problem though. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the time and date icon from the lock screen. Its a pain because it overlays itself on the screen, so my news and weather feeds from awesome lock appear behind the time/date icon, which looks really messy. Is there any way I can remove the standard time and date icon from the lock screen? I've been through the lock screen menu in settings. No luck so far.

Hi, You cannot remove them. Only thing you can do, is disable the "show detailed information" from lock screen settings, this lowers the time & date as much as possible, leaving more space for Awesome lock. You would need to keep Awesome lock items and size small enough to be above the time and date.
