Chat pictures

Hey! I have had a problem with my Lumia 620 from the day I got it. When people send me a picture in the phone's chat or in the facebook app, I can't see nor download it. I only see a message "....has sent you a picture". Otherwise, I have no problem connecting to chat or anything. This problem has been persistent before and after the Amber update. I have tried nothing and I am already out of ideas!

The built in FB messaging doesn't support images unfortunately.

Nor does the Facebook app...but Microsoft have this app which lets you see (and send) photos in FB chat:

Well, that's a surprise. I love WP8, but damn, it doesn't make it easy. It just feels so primitive sometimes. But thanks!
