Chronic Reboots - 950

My wife's 950 keeps rebooting on her constantly throughout the day. What could be causing this? Should I have it replaced by AT&T?

She doesn't have a MicroSD card.

Mine reboots, though not super often, at annoying times. Like the beginning of a phone call. My phone keeps hanging up on one person in particular. Which is bad for multiple reasons. No idea why, yet.
