Clearing podcast app data on Lumia 640

I have a problem with the podcast app on my 640.

I have deleted all the podcasts in the app, unsubscribed, and deleted all episodes. However, when I look at storage, the app still holds over 500mb of data. The reset button is greyed out.

I want to clear space as the phone needs to do updates and needs more onboard memory to make this happen.

Any ideas how to clear the data?

Have you tried uninstalling the app?

I can't uninstall. when I press and hold the icon, the usual uninstall option isn't their. As it is for many of the other native apps on the phone.
