Colored title bars - I only want the title bars to be colored, not the taskbar or start menu

Is there a way to simply have the title bars use my accent color without the taskbar and start menu also using it?

Currently, no --- it's all or nothing. I want the same thing, I like colored title bars, but I like my start menu & taskbar to remain black. Mention it in the feedback app and hopefully we get that ability in Redstone 1.

ColorPrevalence set to 1

I used it a little but I never liked it because there is a bug where the 1px border window, doesn't match the color it should when you use automatic color with random backgrounds. but that's the way.
