Coming back to WindowsPhone from a BlackBerry Passport

I had been a long time WindowsPhone user. I recently left the platform, selling my Lumia 930, and buying a BlackBerry Passport.

Long story short: Three months later, I want to go back to WindowsPhone

Should I get a Lumia 930, 1020 or 1520?

Probably should avoid the 1020. As good as the camera is, the phones specs are dated.

I love my 1520 but the 930 is beautiful. Personally since they are virtually the same phone, whatever you can get cheaper is whatever I recommend as far as 930/1520 goes

If am you i get me a 640 for the next few months it's going to be a good price. Then you don't have to spend that much money and you can save it for when they drop the win10 hardware which seems that they are going to be amazing. Just my opinion on what i would do hope it helps.
