Good news for those ones who got a Windows phone with 512 Mb ram.
Gave Aul confirmed on twitter that the first build for phones will be available for 512 mb ram phones and it will come soon.

So if they left any out, probably the 810 because of tmobile keeping it stuck on amber, for example...

I dont think so, S4 is perfectly capable of running W10. Remember the S4 on 520,620 etc are just a downclocked version of the ones found in 920 or 1020 so tif say Qualcomm cut the support for them then it will affect all of the original WP8 devices. And if it was the ram(which is definitely not the case) then all 512mb phones are equivalent irrespective of the release time.
