Connected 920 to Surface RT, Where does it save the pictures?

I have a Nokia 920, and I connected my phone to my surface rt. An app comes up and says it saves the pictures to my PC. But I don't know where the pictures are being saved to.
I just need to back up everything on my phone, videos, pictures, contacts. The whole 9 yards.
Help?

I assume you connected via USB cable. The metro UI Windows phone app should open and backup your pictures to your default location for pictures (This PC/Pictures under a folder "From nameofyourphone's Nokia"
