connecting to Wi-Fi network problems

Hello,guys I'm facing a stupid problem...i can't connect to any Wi-Fi network...when I tap connect it waits then opens something like a website page of windowsphone.com with two options downside ( skip ) - ( cancel )...
I tried both and nothing happens ! And not even connected....at the same time my brother is connected....
Any ideas? Plz help it's really annoying
Btw I tried both soft and hard reset :/ and nothing fixed...

I have had this problem... Just use back key and try again. Should work eventually....
