Contacts Date Base on WP7

Looking into Windows phones, and wondering how well the contact data base works? I'm using Google contacts and calendar on my Pre, will that work the same on the Windows phones?

In a word YES. Now that doesn't include multiple calendars there are thing you can do to get them to work but I don't use google so I'm not sure what they are. Just a regular google calendar and contacts will work fine.
