Contacts +message backup app issues

Before factory reset of my lumia 730 I taken a backup of all contacts through contacts+message backup. After factory reset is done I restore all my contacts but there is a duplication of contacts and name of one contact went to another.. Example. One of my contact name is Rahul but it shows some other persons name. Due to this all the contacts in WhatsApp also get disturb...kindly required ur help.
