I think my 950xl is rebooting because the internal memory maybe corrupt. Is there any way i can repair this?

What makes you think this, meaning what are your symptoms?

Spontaneous reboots, or caught in a boot loop? Or something else...?

If you are for certain the eMMC memory is corrupt you need to replace the mainboard. There are methods that are more advanced that entail de-soldering and soldering back the eMMC chip only, but you need lots of patience, steady hands, expensive tools, time and understanding of how to do it. So unless you know someone who does this and has the tools, if the eMMC/Memory is corrupt it would be best to buy a mainboard to replace the one with the bad memory.

Yes I'm getting reboots at about 60%. I did something stupid a couple of weeks ago, I did a read right test with an app I downloaded from the windows store, can't remember what it was called. But I think that's what has done it.
