Cortana and Alarms

So far so good with Cortana - I'm learning how to use it, and I'm sure they'll be refining it along the way. Maps and Nav integration seem good, note taking integration with OneNote very good, and calendar reminders... great.

I have noticed if I say "Turn on my 8 AM alarm," she just makes a new alarm duplicating the one I have, and there is no way to set a default alarm sound (that I see) for any new alarm she does set.

You can change the new alarm sound manually afterward, but this is a good area to have a default setting if your assistant is setting alarms for you :amaze:.

"Turn on my 5 am alarm" worked fine for me. It doesn't seem to work with the alarm names, but it still brings up a list of alarms to change.

You may want to check your repeat options. I think if you have a repeat set it wont work. It works for the "only once" option though.
