Cortana as Beta in India?

I don't usually do this, infact I never do this and by "this" I mean asking "when in India" but I'm doing this now, becasue I'm really tired of switching region and restarting my phone again and again when I have to buy apps. So if anyone has any idea about when Cortana will be available in India then please let me know and if there is no news about it, then it would be great to get response whether we will be getting Cortana for India or not?

Cortana is available in India, but sadly only as an Alpha, that too only when you switch speech to English UK
