Cortana available in german in build 10166

Is cortana available for Germany in the latest preview build? I set everything I found to Germany but she is still telling me "I can't speak your language" (shes telling mi in German)

It's the same as for WP8. Cortana is working fine for me in German.

I can't paste the url to the support page because I don't have enough posts... Just google for windows phone cortana germany and select the first entry on the windowsphone page...
