Cortana brings web results instead of speaking

I have my region set as US, location ON but Cortana keeps on bringing web results instead of speaking even if I ask questions in some of the videos online. Is there something I need to do? She has never mentioned my name before, HELP

Asking Cortana about the weather for today doesn't seem to work at the moment for me, it is just directing me to the bing search :/

Mine is also having issue yesterday it was working properly today it always give me bing search.

Yeah, location and weather doesn't work for me. Questions like who's your daddy and stuffs still work for me.

Must be some kind of a server side issue then. Hope they can fix it soon.

Same here. She only brings up the forecast details without saying a word to me. She was still chirping like a bird 10 hrs ago...
