Cortana disappeared from anniversary update after getting the cumulative update 14393.10

I just got this update and restarted my PC. Now Cortana is not there even after I set my region language and speech to united states. Help

try a restart and check again
It does not appear in apps list?

By disappeared, I meant that Cortana wasn't working. It is present in the app list, but on task bar, only the search box shows up no matter what combination I try to put the language-speech-region.
I've tried signing out and signing in after every combination also I've tried going to a local account but no luck.

Check this setting here in the registry, fixed the issue for me and others with it, change it to 1 as in pic
