Cortana disappeared?

I had Cortana running perfectly fine in France by choosing US as my region. I was even able to use French keyboard and time zone and system language. But, now all of a sudden, no Cortana. Was there a major update that could have messed with things? I've tried putting everything back into 100% US but it's not helping.

What do you mean by no Cortana ??? Has the tile disappeared??? Or it's she just not talking to you ???

Location service is ON?

No tile, no service, no app, no Cortana search screen, nothing. Everything's gone.

Check location service and make sure region is us
