Cortana in foreign country with English language

I've got a question and I'm not sure if it can be answered yet...

I live in Germany, but have my phone set to Region: Germany, but Language: English (UK), mostly because English is my mother language.

Does anyone out there know how Cortana will behave for people with such settings?

I don't have 8.1/Cyan yet plus Cortana is still not available here yet, so I'm just waiting it out. Still I'm curious if anyone knows this.

Firstly, Cortana Beta is currently available only if your region is set to US & soon slated to work for UK & China as well.
As for the Alpha, its supposed to come to Canada, India & Australia, where I think people get the option to choose between the US & UK versions.

So, as of now I'll say its still too early to say how it'll all turn out .
