Cortana in UK English

I have a new Lumia 1520 running OS version 8.10.14192.280. Currently I have to use US settings to get Cortana. As we now have TV ads here in the UK telling us that Cortana is available, how do I install Cortana on my phone with UK English settings? All assistance much appreciated.

Change region, language etc to English UK and restart the phone.

Thanks so much for this - it worked. Cortana now seems to understand my Oxbridge English so much better.
