Cortana isn't working. (US)

Alright, so I have 8.1 set up and everything was good but Cortana isn't connecting to the internet. She did for about 15 minutes after not being able to this morning and now here we are again back to square one. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this could be happening? I'm in the US and not doing anything to try and back door access to her. It's just strange. :unhappy:

It wasn't working for me when I first tried it and then I noticed that my time and date were not correct and then when I fixed them it worked!

Guys plz tell me I have wp 8.1 but how can I get cortana ??? In wich region is available??

She was working on 8.1, but when I installed wp10 she stopped working cuz can't download the language. Has someone had the same issue?
