Blue dot doing the talking. It can still be a fake. But I'm not so sure any more.

It's quite convincing . The new map UI leak also had a blue circle on the status bar . The previous article about Cortana also said that it's a blue circle , that show emotions . Anyway , I'm so excited waiting for Windows Phone 8.1 !!
