Cortana not showing third party apps

Yesterday i updates my Lumia 520 and got windows phone 8.1.As i am outside USA s so i got Cortana from the trick describe here . After i got Cortana i installed facebook but i am unable to see facebook on third party list on Cortana. I have also installed several apps that have been run successfully on build but i am unable to got those apps on my mobile in Lumia. So please somebody help me to resolve it and use full function of Cortana

But i got twitter lists on third party apps in Cortana just now as i install it from windows store,, and one more can't we add Barcelona to sports team in Cortana notebook;i can't find this team in the team list

Type into Cortana "what can you do" she'll bring up a list and at the bottom are 3rd party apps.

Some options I had were UC browser, bible, dictionary and twitter.

I have the same problem! Can't add international sports teams.
