Hi guys, I am in South Africa and I'd like help on setting up Cortana. I was able to use it when installed WP8.1 around July 2014. Now I cant, I've been trying install cortana for WEEKS! help please. I have set up everything to 'USA', language, region and speech. I'm using a 920, Lumia Cyan, WP8.1 GDR1, OS version 8.10.14219.341.
