Cortana / PC sync activated?

Is the Cortana phone-to-PC (and vice versa) sync activated on the 950XL? In other words, if I use Cortana to make an appointment while sitting at my PC, will the appointment pop up later on my phone? I know this is supposed to be a feature of Window 10 Mobile, just curious if it is active on current versions. Thanks for your reply.

If you have the same Microsoft on the phone and PC. Cortana will enter the event on the calendar, calendar syncs to your outlook.com and that syncs to your phone.

Any reminders that I set on my phone show up as reminders on my pc and vice versa.
