Cortana problem

I used to have my alarm set to leave for work at 5am but its nowhere in my reminders and I've changed all my alarm times. I did a hard reset and reverted my Icon back to 8.0 then went back to 8.1 again. I'm not sure to get ride if it.

I had to delete all my original alarms and have Cortana make new ones.

I did that already too. I use the OEM alarms but I use Cortana's too but deleted those and redid them.
