Cortana still not responding

When I switch off Cortana and use normal bing voice search it collects all voice commands. But. When is use Cortana it fails. Cortana will perform only open commands like open facebook, open,wpcentral. That's it

Its weird only Cortana cannot take the voice commands. Normal bing, message speech button, indigo (personal assistant) are working smooth.
