Cortana & Update 1

If you're running the 8.1 Developer Preview and changed your region to US to get Cortana anyone know the best approach to get the Cortana Alpha just announced for Update 1?

Is it best to change the region back (to Australia in my case) then install Update 1, or install Update 1 first, or something else?

You dont need to change your region before installing preview for developers GDR1. Because microsoft never roll-out its previews for developers region wise.
