Cortana voice search not working

I am in windows phone 10 10586.164..My keyboard voice search is also not working..And cortana voice search is also not working.Please help.

Did you enabled Cortana? What language you got?

When I tap mic button on keyboard...It was saying try again. plz help me.

I read in forum other indian people that Cortana is still not supporting English India.
Cortana became server-central now

I had the same problem(English India).I am not tech savvy but I did some fiddling with speech language -downloaded English UK and made it my default.Keyboard voice search started working.Then I reverted back to English India as default.Keyboard voice search is working okay after that.But I have the Cortana voice seach problem still on my phone,though she shows my interests etc and reminds me the things I set from my laptop.I could enable Cortana voice search just after enabling the keyboard voice search but after I closed cortana it stopped working,though keyboard voice search is fine.
I don't know whether it will work for you but the keyboard voice search did work for me.A soft and hard reset prior to that had not helped.

Cortana is available for English India in Windows 10

It was not available for 8.1 when we in India had to use English UK speech to enable Cortana,other settings India.Cortana on my laptop Windows 10 works flawlessly with English India
