Hey guys! Few days ago my Lumia 830 updated to the version described below, and suddenly my cellphone stopped to take screenshots, stopped to acess my pictures on apps like WhatsApp and Telegram.
I already did the soft reset... Twice... Didn't work.
I already did the hard reset... Twice... Didn't work.
I already downgraded to W8.1 with Windows Device Recovery Tool and updated to W10... And the problem still.
How can I solve it?
