crashing apps and auto restart in Lumia 730

Hi, i have a lumia 730 and my problem is crashing apps (randomly) and sometimes auto restart, i tried hard reset but problem is here still. my lumia 730 run win 10 mobile (latest ver.)
someone told me i should change Rom ! there is diff between Roms ? what is your suggestion ?

Are you in the fast ring using build 14946.1000 ?

if the issue still persist after a hard reset i dont believe a change of rom will be of any help either. Such behavior could be because of a faulty battery, check if your battery has a bulge or is bumped as in many cases this has been the culprit where users have faced random reboots.

Are yu doing a restore after hard reset or starting fresh as this could effect app performance sometimes.
