Crashing issues in Nokia Lumia 720

I like playing temple run which is a modest game and isn't as heavy as asphalt 8 in graphics and memory. But, then also the game crashes more often then not which is very frustrating. I was running with score at 6.2 million something and the game got crashed with nothing saved. The crashing is very often. Infact it crashes atleast once every 4 or 5 games. Not just this game, I have seen hill climbing crash, even internet explorer crash sometimes.

I am talking about minimilistic games. Has anyone of you suffered this problem or its just me. Any solution to this crashing problem coz i have stopped playing temple run as it doesn't make sense. Please share your experience or solution if any.

If this is a big deal for you you could try a hard reset, it might help, but it will delete all data on your phone

not sure if it will solve the problem. Before black update i hard reset once but to no avail. so it wont make sense. There should be reason for this, dont know what; may be RAM, heating, bug or whatever. Looking for the reason and fellow user experience on the issue

I have faced this issue when i had apps running in background, meaning they eat up the ram and hence the game crashes. Hold the "back" button and close any apps running in background and then play the game. Hope this works.

Even with no apps running this happens. May be bug in OS for this phone

That is a bug with the game itself. I faced it on my 720, 520 and even my 920. So its got nothing to do with RAM of the device you are running the app on. Anyways it feels like its been ages that the game was updated.

Thanks Gaurav. I too think this might be the case as even the asphalt 8 runs smooth on my mobile which is a much much bigger game than this.
