Creators update bug?!

OK, since I've upgrade to the creators update I've run into this weird bug where when the computer start up it the memory fills up and freezes the computer and I need to hard reset for it to repeat the process again. I've check the memory modules it's fine, I ran the computer in safe mode it boots. I need help
