Cross-platform, synchronized 'To-Do' Type Apps?

My girlfriend has an iPhone, and I have WP7. We'd like to share to-do style lists (grocery shopping, etc.), so that both of our apps are sync'ed. I've been hunting around the Marketplace, but can't really find much like this.

Any ideas or positive experiences?

Wunderlist is a great app, it on almost every mobile os and has a desktop app too.

That works pretty well, on both systems. A few catches with syncing and such, but best I've found thus far.

Why not use Onenote? I share a Onenote folder with my girlfriend.

I was just about to say, why not OneNote, it works on all Mobile Platforms, even iPad.
