Gotta admit, I'm still kind of interested in this thing. Although, it's a dead end as far as updates and support are concerned. Plus, it just simply won't work on AT&T. So, for me, it would be a wifi only tablet running an outdated version of a slowly dying OS. Oddly enough, I still just want to try it out.

Well.....it wasn't delivered. It got stuck in Cincinnati overnight. However, I just got a notification that said it had arrived at the local DHL delivery office here, so I should be holding the beast this evening. I'll post some thoughts and pics once I get home.

Yep. Read a thread over at XDA and took the plunge. Really very simple, even for a novice like me. Everything went very smoothly, and it seems to run better now, actually.

THIS is the Windows Phone I've always wanted. It's huge, runs really smoothly, and it's actually well built. Cameras are terrible, though. I think my pinhole camera that I made using a Quaker oatmeal tube takes better pics. Ha ha Sadly, it can't be used as a phone, or I'd be all over this as my primary device.

Pros: Build, OS runs well, screen is gigantic, WM apps look really nice on a large screen, well built.
Cons: Cameras, no 3G or above bands here, update process.

I think this would be a great path back to WM10.

Yeah. I'm loving the size, but there still is that issue of apps....
