Custom Ringtone Issue

I have a Focus, SGH-i917 with AT&T using Mango v. 7.10.772068. I applaud Windows for including this in their update. However, upon creating several ringtones and successfully adding them to the phone's custom ringtone library, only two of them work. If I choose one for the main ringtone for everybody else, I can get any of the ringtones to work. I managed to attach a ringtone to a specific contact and that worked. But if I try to attach a ringtone to any other contact, it just simply rings with the main ringtone, whether the main ringtone is a custom or included ringtone.
