Cyan for Rogers supplier of lumia 625 (Canada)

On Nokia global web site of Cyan update (North American section), I see that Lumia 625 is missing for Rogers providers. This is an involuntary missing or no Cyan (WP 8.1) update will be available for this smartphone?

Most probably it's an involuntary missing, e.g. the 810 in US will not receive the update, so the update is listed as "Not available".
