Date/Time Stamp?

There must surely be a way to insert a date and/or time stamp into documents: Word, text, emails, etc. I've found one for emails & texts, but what about being able to date stamp the many records I keep in Word. Any idea?

No idea, sorry. But I'm definitely interested in getting to know the way you're using to insert it into text messages and emails. So if you don't mind sharing.....

I found an app called "Txt Stamp." I didn't investigate it much after I saw that it didn't work with Word docs.
